Welcome to ROBOTEL LTD. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (robotel.top) and our software planning and development services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

ROBOTEL LTD provides:

• Software Planning: Generating and refining detailed software plans (the "Plan" stage), including proposed architecture, specifications and cost estimates.
• Custom Software Development: Building custom software to the agreed plan (the "Construction" stage), delivered to and owned by the client.
• AI Assistant Module: An optional in-application assistant trained on client-provided documents (KB); the client selects the AI provider and supplies their own API keys.

3. User Responsibilities and Data

• Knowledge Base Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the data provided to train your chatbot. ROBOTEL LTD does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or to process unauthorized sensitive data.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Data Erasure and "Right to be Forgotten"

• Deletion on Request: You have the absolute right to request the complete removal of your uploaded data and Knowledge Base (KB).
• Scope of Deletion: Upon receiving a written request at [email protected], we will permanently delete all source files and processed data from our local servers (SVL), remote cloud infrastructure (SVR), and vector databases.
• Service Impact: You acknowledge that the deletion of KB data will render the associated AI services non-functional. ROBOTEL LTD is not liable for service interruptions resulting from a user-initiated deletion request.
• Discretionary Retention: Unless a deletion request is received, ROBOTEL LTD reserves the right to manage data retention periods based on technical necessity and resource optimization.

5. Payments

• Billing: The Plan stage is a one-time fixed fee. Construction is billed in stages, each stage invoiced only after its deliverable is accepted. There are no recurring subscription fees for the delivered software ("pay once, own it forever").
• Processors: Payments are made exclusively through Polar (a Wise-backed payment platform).
• Refunds: Due to the work performed and resources allocated to each accepted stage, refunds are generally not provided unless specified otherwise.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

• Uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to potential maintenance or third-party outages (Hetzner, CloudFlare, OpenRouter).
• API Dependencies: Our services rely on remote LLM providers. We are not liable for their service interruptions or policy changes.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All software and code developed by us remain the property of ROBOTEL LTD.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of your uploaded data. We process it only to provide the requested services.

8. Limitation of Liability

ROBOTEL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of AI services, including errors in AI-generated content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Belfast.
