Real problems solved for real businesses. Client names are kept out of this list on purpose; what matters is the problem and how it got fixed.
Turning an in-person practice into a 24/7 service
The challenge
A therapy practice had no digital way to deliver its treatment protocols to clients. Everything depended on in-person sessions or manually sharing files, with no consistent, repeatable way to hand off a protocol — and no option for a client to use it between sessions.
What we built
A web and desktop platform that turns each protocol into a ready-to-use audio session, with a built-in player and downloadable offline files. Protocols are centrally managed, so the practice can update or add new ones without touching how they're delivered to clients.
One AI assistant, two very different jobs
The challenge
Manual support requests were slow to answer, and off-the-shelf chatbot tools were too rigid and expensive to adapt to each business's own content — menus, manuals, API docs. Separately, new hires had no self-serve way to find answers about internal processes; every question meant interrupting a colleague.
What we built
A multi-tenant AI chat platform that ingests an organization's own material — customer-facing content or internal documentation — and answers questions instantly, in context. The same underlying platform now covers both external customer support and internal employee onboarding, across food service, technical documentation, and developer-tooling use cases, with only content and configuration changing between them.
From manual recipe sheets to automated generation
The challenge
Creating product recipes by hand was slow and error-prone — mapping ingredients to codes, scaling quantities per batch, and accounting for pre-made ingredient bundles all had to be worked out manually before a recipe could go into production.
What we built
An automated recipe generation system that handles ingredient mapping and quantity scaling on its own, with every generated recipe routed through a human review step before it's approved for production.
Replacing a chat thread with a real order queue
The challenge
Custom orders for events came in almost entirely through chat messages. During busy periods this caused missed orders, mixed-up personalization details, and no reliable way to tell what stage a given order was actually at.
What we built
A dedicated order-management system with structured intake, full order lifecycle tracking, client history, and role-based staff access — replacing scattered notes and chat threads with a single, prioritized production queue.
Production reporting without the spreadsheet marathon
The challenge
Tracking raw-material consumption against actual output required manual calculation and spreadsheet work, spread across multiple facilities with no unified way to produce accurate production or compliance reports.
What we built
An automated reporting system that calculates material usage directly from recipes and production records, exports reports in multiple formats, and consolidates reporting across separate facilities into one place.
